This program is the most comprehensive and accurate method for knowing precisely the who, what, when and why a device required maintenance.

The system, utilizing OPTICON scanners, time and date stamps every transaction, tracking the assigned users activity.  Hundreds of different failure codes from cash in, to power supplies - may be attributed to a specific machine.  Repair actions are recommended via Technician Work Orders.

The original slot machine maintenance program. Introduced into the Gaming Industry in 1986 in Laughlin, Nevada.

MATS has been installed in over 30 casinos in Iowa, Oregon, Nevada and Colorado.
